Janet Lincer Bernstein was named an honorary member when the Foundation was established. She was the sister of William Lincer and his only surviving immediate relative.

Junah Chung violist, chamber and orchestral musician, teacher -- holds the MM degree from Juilliard. In addition to his freelance viola appearances, he is currently an adjunct faculty member at CUNY in New York City.

Joey Corpus (treasurer) is one of the most sought after violin and viola teachers in the world. Many of his students have distinguished careers as soloists, chamber musicians and orchestra players. He was featured in a five-page article in the Nov. 2001 issue of the Strad magazine. He was a student of the late Jascha Brodsky and also studied chamber music with members of the Curtis String Quartet. Joey makes his home in New York City.

Margaret Pasanowic holds the M. A. degree in Performing Arts Administration from New York University. She brings to the Foundation an exceptional amount of administrative and accounting experience. After working several years for Deloitte & Touche, she served for seven years as the director of finance and administration with the Cunningham Foundation. Currently she occupies a similar position with Symphony Space, Inc. of New York City.

Ragnhildur Petursdottir (asst. secretary) is a freelance violinist in NYC. She holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Manhattan School of Music.

Wen Qian (vice-president) is a member of the first violin section of the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra in New York City. She holds the MM degree from Mannes College of Music.

Amédée Daryl Williams (president) violist, author, conductor, teacher  holds the MM degree from Mannes College of Music, the MA degree in Arts Administration from NY, and the MBA degree from the Lubin School of Business, Pace University. He wrote Lillian Fuchs: First Lady of the Viola and prepared Lincer's biographical entry for the 2002 edition of the Grove Dictionary of Music and Musicians.

Hermine Weigel Williams (secretary) is a writer, editor, and musician. She holds a PhD. degree in musicology from Columbia University and has been a member of the faculties of both Vassar College and Hamilton College.
